In this course, physical education encourages students to develop their fine motor skills, movement, and confidence to enjoy healthy physical activity regularly. Students learn how to respect themselves and others while playing.
Preschool-aged children (ages 3 through 5 years) should be physically active throughout the day for growth and development. Recommended Levels for School-Aged Children and Adolescents (ages 6 through 17 years).
